All orders are subject to prior sale. All delivery times will be confirmed by the Seller.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. All of our wholesale fabrics are inspected for defects before being shipped to ensure its quality. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of any of our wholesale fabrics, please return the fabric in question. The fabric must be uncut, un-dyed and unwashed, and accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) within 30 days of the original shipment date. An RGA may be obtained by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-800-682-8161 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. ALL RETURNED FABRIC IN LENGTHS OF THREE YARDS OR LESS ARE SUBJECT TO A 40% RESTOCKING FEE. ALL RETURNS THAT ARE GREATER THAN 3 YARDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. Following these guidelines is the only way that we can continue to offer discount fabrics online.
The amount refunded will only cover the original purchase price, less the shipping & handling costs for the purchase. We do not refund shipping & handling charges both ways. If the return is a result of an error on our part, the customer is exempt from paying the original and return shipping costs. The item returned must be in its original condition (uncut, unwashed, un-dyed, etc.) in order for us to accept and process your return.
To return an item, follow the instructions listed below:
All returns must reach our warehouse within 30 days of the original shipment date.
All fabrics must be returned in their original condition (ie, uncut, unwashed, etc.).
Any packaged item must be returned in its original packaging.
Unless a return is due to our error, the return shipping cost and original shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
It is very important that you record your shipping number so the package can be tracked during transit. We are not responsible for returned products that do not reach us.
The original costs of shipping will be deducted from any refund on an order that originally received a “Free Shipping Discount.”
Please return your items in the same way they were sent to you.
Please include a copy of the receipt that was sent with your order.
Please include the reason you are returning the fabric so that we can better serve you in the future.
An order may be cancelled as long as the order has not been cut or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-682-8161 as soon as possible. Cancelled orders on all fabrics may be subject to a restocking fee.
