Shipping & Handling
Free shipping on our whole fabrics is only available for orders over $75.00 not including home decor fabrics. All fabric orders may be cut to size to fit to multiple boxes and ship seperatly. Shipping must also be to a single shipping address in the 48 contiguous states. Free shipping is not available for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada. Once your order has been finalized, you will be provided a shipping number. Retain this number, as it will be required for tracking on ordered items. Most orders are filled and shipped within 48 hours of the order placement. While we make every attempt to ship every order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), items that require restocking cannot be shipped within this timeframe. Furthermore, swatch orders ship within five business days of the date they are placed. In the unlikely event we cannot ship your order completely and expediently, we will notify you via telephone and/or email, provided we have your correct information. PSF.com will ship both to the United States and Internationally. You will be contacted if additional shipping and handling charges apply to your order. International customers with orders over 10 lbs will be contacted about shipping charges by email. Shipping rates apply to single shipping addresses. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to orders with multiple shipping addresses.
Express shipping & handling for our discount designer fabric may be available upon request. Ask our Customer Service department 1-800-785-0804 for available options and shipping times. Express shipping & handling rates are based on the actual weight of the order, so we will not know the exact charges until your order is prepared for shipment. Charges for express shipping & handling will be added to the total of your order prior to billing.
International shipping for packages less than 10 lbs will be calculated automatically online. If your order is over 10 lbs, you will be contacted with the cost of shipping by email. If you approve the shipping cost, your order will be processed as soon as we receive your approval. You will see a separate charge on your credit card statement for shipping charges. If you do not approve the shipping, you may ask your order to be canceled and your payment will be refunded.
International orders for our wholesale fabrics may be subject to duties, taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) charges. The duties and taxes usually must be paid before the packages are released from customs.
PrintedSilkFabrics.com is not responsible for and does not collect VAT, taxes or duties. PSF.com cannot offer you advice on importing fees. Recipient is 100% responsible for all VAT, taxes and/or duty charges. PSF.com advises you to contact your local customs office about importing fees pertaining to your country.
To avoid fraudulent orders, we reserve the right to cancel any order with a false or wrong email address and/or telephone number. We reserve the right to require signature upon delivery and/or deny a customer’s request for the release of the parcel without a signature.
If an order comes back to us because of an incorrect shipping address due to customer error, the customer can either cancel the order or opt to have us re-send the order to the corrected address at the customer’s expense.
Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. We reserve the right to ship some orders via FedEx or UPS SmartPost (delivery time varies). Shipping and handling rate information for yardage and swatch orders is provided at checkout.
Domestic: CA residents are responsible to pay the current state sales tax on fabrics and accessories. If you are a CA business and have a resale number on file you will not need to pay sales tax.
