All orders are subject to prior sale. All delivery times will be confirmed by the Seller.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Each piece of fabric is inspected for defects before it’s shipped to ensure its quality. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return the fabric in question. The Fabric must be uncut, un-dyed and unwashed, and accompanied with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) within 30 days of the original shipment date. An RGA may be obtained by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-800-682-8161 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. ALL RETURNED FABRIC IN LENGTHS OF THREE YARDS OR LESS ARE SUBJECT TO A 40% RESTOCKING FEE. ALL OTHER RETURNS THAT ARE GREATER THEN 3 YARDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

The amount refunded will only cover the original purchase price, less the shipping & handling costs for the purchase. We do not refund shipping & handling charges. If the return is a result of an error on our part, the customer is exempt from paying the original and return shipping costs. The item returned must be in its original condition (uncut, unwashed, un-dyed, etc.) in order for us to accept and process your return.
To return an item, follow the instructions listed below.

· All returns must reach our warehouse within 30 days of the original shipment date.
· All fabrics must be returned in its original condition (ie. uncut, unwashed, etc.)
· Any packaged item must be returned in its original packaging.
· Unless a return is due to our error- the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
· It is very important that you record your shipping number so the package can be tracked during transit. We are not responsible for returned products that we do not receive.
· The original costs of shipping will be deducted from any refund of an orders that originally received a “Free Shipping discount”·
Please return your items in the same way they were sent to you. Please include a copy of the receipt that was sent with your order. Please include the reason you are returning the fabric so that we can better serve you in the future.

PrintedSilkFabrics.com makes no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, as to the suitability and merchantability of our product. Most natural fibers and fabrics differ from yard to yard in their exact weave. This is normal and to be expected. Due to the nature of silk goods, occasional slobs, picks and chaff are inherent in the fabric. These are not considered defects.

Shipping Information

Free shipping is only available for orders over $75.00. Shipping must also be to a single shipping address in the 48 contiguous states. Free shipping is not available for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada. Once your order has been finalized, you will be provided a shipping number. Retain this number, as it will be required for tracking on ordered items. Most orders are filled and shipped within 48 hours of the order placement. While we make every attempt to ship every order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), items that require restocking cannot be shipped within this time frame. Furthermore, swatch orders ship within five business days of the date they are placed. In the unlikely event we cannot ship your order completely and expediently, we will notify you via telephone and/or email, provided we have your correct information. PSF.com will ship both to the United States and Internationally. You will be contacted if additional shipping and handling charges apply to your order. International customers with orders over 10 lbs will be contacted about shipping charges by email. Shipping rates apply to single shipping addresses. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to orders with multiple shipping addresses.
Express shipping & handling may be available upon request. Ask our Customer Service department 1-800-682-8161 for available options and shipping times. Express shipping & handling rates are based on the actual weight of the order, so we will not know the exact charges until your order is prepared for shipment. Charges for express shipping & handling will be added to the total of your order prior to billing.
International shipping for packages less than 10 lbs will be calculated automatically online. If your order is over 10 lbs, you will be contacted with the cost of shipping by email. If you approve the shipping cost, your order is processed as soon as we receive your approval. You will see a separate charge on your credit card statement for shipping charges. If you do not approve the shipping, you may ask your order to be canceled and your payment will be refunded.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) charges. The duties and taxes usually must be paid before the packages are released from customs.

PrintedSilkFabrics.com is not responsible for and does not collect VAT, taxes or duties. PSF.com cannot offer you advice on importing fees. Recipient is 100% responsible for all VAT, taxes and/or duty charges. PSF.com advises you to contact your local customs office about importing fees pertaining to your country.

To avoid fraudulent orders, we reserve the right to cancel any order with a false or wrong e-mail address and/or telephone number. We reserve the right to require signature upon delivery and/or deny a customer’s request for the release of the parcel without a signature.


IMPORTANT: If an incorrect billing address is provided, there will be a $5.00 charge to cover the address correction.

Taxes Domestic

Domestic: CA residents are responsible to pay 9.75 % sales tax on fabrics and accessories. If you are a CA business and have a tax id on file you will not need to pay sales tax.

Payment Options

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Google Checkout The "BILL TO" address on the order form, must be the address to which your bank mails your monthly credit card statement. PSF.com reserves the right to refuse orders in which the address or credit card can not be verified.

Dye Lots

Dye lots can alter from one bolt to the next. A sample can be from a dye lot from one bolt and then your order can be from another bolt that may have a different dye lot.

Colors

Colors are not guaranteed. Due to color variability in computer and screen monitors, we have no liability if colors of the products do not match their display on the Web site.

Fabric Swatches

Fabric swatches are available. Fabric Swatches can only be shiipped within the continental United States. Shipping charge are free for swatches. Swatch orders are limited to 5 swatches per customer. If a customer orders a swatch and full yards of fabric, the customer will only be charged shipping for the full yardage item. Samples ship via USPS First Class Letter within a week of the date they were ordered. Most samples are approximately 2 inches by 7 inches or about the size of a dollar bill. The Cost of the swatch varies. Please refer to the item you are trying to purchase. Please keep in mind that samples sizes may vary depending on the size of the pattern and the value of the fabric.

Fabric Length

We make every effort to ship your fabric in one piece. However, yardage is limited by bolt size. Most fabrics we carry generally come to us in 30-yard bolts and are then sold down. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will have the yardage you desire in one continuous piece. If we cannot provide the fabric in one continuous piece, we will contact you for instructions before processing your order.

Our Fabric’s widths are measured in inches, This is the industry standards. The maximum variation should not be more than 2 inches.

Washing Instruction

We suggest you Dry Clean our fabrics to preserve its beauty and quality.

Discontinued Product

We reserve the right to change and discontinue any product at any time without notice to you. This may affect information that is saved in any online “shopping cart”. The Company may substitute a product that is of similar quality, and style, to the product that was previously ordered. Changes between what is shipped and what is described on the Web site are possible.

We Are Not Responsible for Errors

(a) Our Web site may contain errors, may be missing information, or may not be current. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice. Corrections or updates may occur after you have submitted an order from our Web site. In that event, we will attempt to contact you with the correct information before processing your order. If we are unable to contact you with the correct information, then you may return the item according to our return policy. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, then at our sole discretion we reserve the right:
1. to refuse orders for that item,
